We know this time of year can feel overwhelming. Sometimes what helps most is giving girls a small way to pause and check in with how they’re really doing. We’ve created a 2-minute daily check-in you can easily share with the teen girls in your life.

(tick 1–3) ☐ Rest (nap, early night, quiet downtime etc.) ☐ Food (snack, a meal, water etc.) ☐ Movement/Fun (walk outside, listen to music, see friends, exercise) ☐ Focus (tidy work space, set a timer for 10 minutes to get started with work) ☐ Encouragement (mindset refresh, affirmations, time to journal) Try a quick reset! 🔴🟠🟢 😤 Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 2, then out for 6 (x5) 🧘 Relax your shoulders 😬 Unclench your jaw 👣 My first small step for today is: 🌙 By the end of today I want to feel: (proud, relieved, prepared, peaceful etc.)
