We know this time of year can feel overwhelming. Sometimes what helps most is giving girls a small way to pause and check in with how they’re really doing. We’ve created a 2-minute daily check-in you can easily share with the teen girls in your life.

☐ Encouragement (mindset refresh, affirmations, time to journal)
